About

This blog is being created to share our learning in Comparative Government and Politics.

Who are the authors?

Holderness School students in Comparative Government and Politics and their teacher. To know more about the authors, you can click on the links below this page that will take you to their biographies

Why create a blog?

  • The creation of the blog will help students to refine their understanding of concepts and case studies and help them review for their exam in May.
  • The content for this course is constantly shifting.
  • There are not a lot of resources to help students prepare for this test, so, we thought we would share ours.

Resources

Expect to see citations for specific ideas and content. However, it should be stated that our learning is driven by the various texts we use. Here they are:

J. Tyler Dickovick and Jonathan Eastwood, Comparative Politics: Integrating Theories, Methods, and Cases, Second Edition (Oxford University Press, 2016).
